At Family FitnessWorks, there's a class for everyone!  We hold a wide range of classes for all ages and ability types.  With around 400 class offerings each month there's sure to be a class that fits your needs and your schedule!

Family FitnessWorks offers Functional Fitness Works classes for all ages!  Each class is tailored and scaled appropriately.  Functional Fitness Works can be added to your monthly membership or a class pass/punch card can be purchased.
