At Family FitnessWorks, there's a class for everyone! We hold a wide range of classes for all ages and ability types. With around 400 class offerings each month there's sure to be a class that fits your needs and your schedule!

Functional Fitness Works is our sister gym located directly behind the main facility. They offer functional fitness classes that utilize Olympic lifts, high intensity circuit training, body weight movements, and much more! Classes are offered from ages 4 years old and up.
Membership is an additional cost that can be added to your Family Fitness membership. Punch cards and daily drop ins are also available.
