Conveniently located in Richmond's historic Depot District, Family Fitness Works is easy to reach and even easier to make part of your daily routine. With the scenic Cardinal Greenway Trail right outside our doors, members can take advantage of one of the area's best walking, running, and cycling paths before or after their workout.
Whether you're stopping in for a quick workout, a group fitness class, or making fitness part of your lifestyle, you'll love the convenience and welcoming atmosphere our location provides.

Fuel your day at the Warehouse Café, conveniently located right inside our facility with easy access from both the gym and the parking lot. Whether you're grabbing a protein shake after a workout, enjoying a healthy snack, or stopping in for your favorite coffee or refreshing drink, our café is here to help you refuel and recharge.
It's just one more way we're committed to supporting your healthy lifestyle!

Functional Fitness Works:
Located just behind (east of) the main Family Fitness Works facility, Functional Fitness Works is home to our specialized functional fitness programs for athletes of all ages. From Olympic weightlifting and high-intensity circuit training to bodyweight movements, Hybrid Conditioning, and team-based workouts, our classes are designed to build strength, confidence, and real-world fitness.
We also offer dedicated Kids and Youth classes, creating a fun, supportive environment where young athletes can develop healthy habits, athletic skills, and a lifelong love of movement.
