FFW now has kid's classes every Wednesday at 5:30pm and Saturday at 11:15am!
Each class is approximately 45 minutes in length and is for kids ages 6 to 14.

HULA HooP-LA!

UFIT Academy's kidWORKS program will be starting again in January.

Whether preparing for a ski trip or training for a local endurance event, discover the benefits of our altitude simulator.  Contact the front desk for availability and rates.


New Member Services Desk Hours

Staffed desk hours are now 8am-8pm, Monday-Friday and 7am-2pm on Sat. If you do not have a 24/7 access card, you cannot access the gym outside of the staffed hours.

Racquetball Courts

Next to our expanded free-weight and Hammer Strength room are two state-of-the art, custom-built racquetball courts. Contact the front desk about making reservations. One court has a retractable basketball hoop. Basketballs and racquetball equipment are available at the front desk. The door on 4th St., near the Courts, is accessible to those with Access Cards.

Bar Codes

Bar codes may be added to your 24/7 access cards to enable use at the self check-in scanner. Stop by the front desk and request one if you do not have one yet.
