Warehouse Location Opening Soon


The buzz is building.

Although the snow has caused some additional delays, we are getting closer to completion with each passing day.  The project has actually progressed rapidly considering the magnitude of the renovations.   Thanks for your patience! 

The massive restoration effort is reclaiming a historic structure for reuse and a new life.  The facility is helping to revitalize a neighborhood and create the foundation for the new Greenway District.  Your safe, unique, and engaging workout environment will be worth the wait!

Answers to Common Questions :

  • The parking lot has been expanded to compliment the ample street parking.
  • More lighting will be added to the parking areas.
  • The Warehouse location is indeed very safe.  Although tucked away, the building's proximity to the Post Office and Wayne County Jail creates visibility and traffic.  Sheriff vehicles are regularly driving on N 3rd Street.
  • All group classes will be moved to the Warehouse location.
  • The Warehouse location will be staffed during peak hours and also be accessible 24/7.
  • The East Side location will be accessible 24/7, but not staffed.
  • Monthly member dues will not go up for use of multiple locations or 24/7 access.*
  • *Members who opt to use East Side facility and/or Warehouse during unstaffed hours will be required to purchase a proximity card for $10.00.   The cards also entitle members to discounts when shown to local merchants.
  • Supervised childcare will only be available at the Warehouse location.  Rates will increase slightly.
  • Tanning and massage will only be available at the Warehouse.
  • The majority of cardio equipment will be moved to the Warehouse. 
  • Except for a few pieces, all existing circuit and free weight equipment will stay at the east side (new pieces will replace them at the Warehouse facility).
  • There are no immediate plans to repair the whirlpool on the east side, or to add whirlpool or sauna to Warehouse.
  • The lower level men's locker room at the Warehouse will have a total of five shower units (currently only 2 installed).
  • Additional group classes and time slots will be added after the move.
  • An official opening date and open house will be announced very soon.  Mid-march looks realistic, but construction variables are still factors.
